CIQAAB IYO DEMBI 1. Ciqaab iyo dembi waa wixii qodob xeer ama qaanuun jideeyey, waxaana reebban in ciqaabta loo fuliyo hab aan xeerka waafaqsanayn. 2. Mas'uuliyadda dembi ciqaabeed waxay ku kooban tahay cidda geysatay oo keliya. 3. Eedaysanuhu waa dembi-laawe inta aanu maxkamad horteed kaga caddaanin dembi.
